Academic and Career Enhancement (ACE) Program

The Academic and Career Enhancement (ACE) program supports Swanson School students in their academic journeys, from strengthening study strategies to adjusting to a new course load to building on academic momentum. Students are invited to the program by the Director of Retention. From there, students who join ACE take part in a structured program of seminars and coaching designed to build stronger study habits and keep them on track toward graduation.

ACE works with Swanson School students who are:

  • Looking to enhance or maintain their current academic standing
  • Navigating an academic setback

ACE helps students build the habits and mindset needed for long-term academic success. Students learn skills that offer a holistic perspective on lifestyle changes, including:

  • Study Skills
  • Time Management
  • Grit
  • Growth Mindset
  • Managing Distractions
  • Academic Motivation
  • Test Preparation/Test Taking
  • The Importance of Sleep
  • Managing Stress & Burnout
  • Mindset for Succeeding

If you have been invited to ACE, we encourage you to take the opportunity. It's a direct investment in your future.
