Swanson School is committed to the overall success of our students, which led to the creation of the Office of Retention.
Since 2017, the Office of Retention has supported the academic and career success of engineering students through the Academic and Career Enhancement (ACE) program, helping students build the habits and skills they need to thrive throughout their time at Swanson School.
Each semester, the ACE program helps engineering students strengthen their path to graduation through weekly seminars, study sessions, peer mentoring, and academic coaching. Through ACE, the Office of Retention partners with students so that a difficult semester doesn't have to define the rest of their academic journey.
