National Institutes of Health (NIH)

Often the best method for learning how to set up and structure a new type of proposal is to be able to see an example of a proposal that has been successfully funded.  If you are interested in seeing examples of successfully funded NIH applications there are two methods for doing so.

 1.      Request a copy of a successfully funded NIH proposal from the Office of Research in Health Sciences at: https://www.oorhs.pitt.edu/research-funding

 2.      Refer to the publically available copies of successfully funded NIH R01 proposals through the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) at:  http://www.niaid.nih.gov/researchfunding/grant/pages/appsamples.aspx
