Education & Training
- BS in Engineering Physics, University of Pittsburgh, 2014
Research Interests
My research interests include the implementation of wide band-gap (WBG) semiconductor devices in power electronic circuitry and their properties. I am interested in physics based modeling of Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride devices, especially the electro-thermal relationship of these transistors. I am currently researching the integration of WBG devices in high power density circuitry with a focus on gate driver technologies and techniques.
