Recovery of motor function after stroke using: rehabilitation robotics, transcranial magnetic stimulation and engineering enhanced neuroplasticity, brain circuitry databasing.
My main research goal is the understanding and improvement of upper extremity motor impairments after stroke. Projects within that line span a spectrum from mechanistic motor control neuroscience to multicenter clinical trials.
