Why did you choose Pitt?
Swanson felt like a tight knit community within the large school that Pitt is, I loved the collaborative environment that was created that promoted working together rather than trying to beat out your peers, and I also loved our proximity to a city without compromising the campus feel.
Advice for First-Year Engineering Students
Reach out to your peers and work with friends when you’re able to, it makes those tough core classes a bit more enjoyable and definitely makes the load easier to handle.
