Electrical Engineering Minor

The Electrical Engineering Minor introduces students to the principles that power the modern world. Students develop expertise in areas such as electronics, instrumentation, control, signal processing, and digital devices — skills that are increasingly relevant across engineering, the sciences, medicine, and beyond. This minor is a strong fit for students in any field who want a working understanding of how electrical systems are designed and analyzed. 

Computer Engineering Minor

The Computer Engineering Minor gives students a rigorous foundation in the hardware-software fundamentals that define modern computing. The core covers digital electronics, embedded processors, computer programming, data structures and algorithms, and accompanying laboratory experiences, with electives that allow students to pursue topics aligned with their interests and career goals. This minor pairs well with virtually any major where computing, automation, or digital systems play a role.   

Space Engineering Minor

The Space Engineering Minor prepares students for one of the world's fastest-growing industries — the global space economy is projected to reach $1.8 trillion by 2035. This minor supports students in engineering and other STEM majors by augmenting the knowledge and skills from their discipline with domain expertise in space systems. Topics range from fundamentals of propulsion, environmental hazards, and guidance and control to space electronics, reliability modeling, dependable systems, and orbital mechanics.
