Mr. Ed Telega, P.E. is a graduate from The Pennsylvania State University and has a Master of Business Administration Degree from Robert Morris University. Currently the Operations Manager for the Highway Department at Michael Baker International in Moon Township, Pennsylvania, he has worked in the Highway Design Department since he joined the company in 1999. His experience includes a variety of roadway projects in both design and Project Management roles. Mr. Telega is an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh, where he teaches a graduate level course in Highway Design. He also teaches Highway and Traffic Engineering review courses for the Professional Engineers Exam. He has been a Professional Engineer since 2004 and is currently the vice president of the Pittsburgh Chapter of PSPE.
