Engineering Creative Communications
Four campaigns developed by the Swanson School of Engineering's Office of Marketing and Communications (MarComm) were recognized at the 2024 Collegiate Advertising Awards (CAA), an elite program honoring higher education organizations for excellence in communications, marketing, advertising and promotions of their schools across the nation.
The 2024 CAA program received entries representing small community colleges to very large schools & universities from the United States and Canada. Submissions were reviewed and by a national panel of industry experts, with a possibility of 100 total points. The Swanson School's entries were part of the School Category of 2,001 - 5,000 students.
Awards were issued for entries that received top marks from judges placing them in the top 16% of the nation for advertising excellence. Judging criteria included creativity, layout and design, functionality, message effectiveness, production quality and overall appeal.
