and lunch, parking spaces for two representatives (two cars), and a display
card with your company name.

street parking on Bigelow Boulevard, University Place, and Fifth Avenue, all in
the vicinity of the William Pitt Union. There may be some overflow spots in the
O'Hara Garage. Employers will be emailed 2 parking flyers a week before the
fair with parking assignments and a campus map showing locations. It might be a
good idea to carpool if you have over 2 representatives attending to
ensure parking. You will need to have your parking flyer to gain access into
the garage or to show on your dash for street parking. PLEASE BE
ADVISED: If you are traveling in without a parking flyer, parking tends to
fill quickly in Soldiers & Sailors Garage, so arrive between 8:00 and

William Pitt Union, you can enter and exit this area from Bigelow Boulevard and

1. The Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center:
We have a block of rooms at a special rate at the Wyndham. Companies should have received an email with reservation information from Chris Frankovic. Guests can park overnight and walk to the co-op fair, so no need to move your cars. The deadline to reserve rooms is September 13,2018. Optional Interviews after Job Fair: Employers have the option to
interview students after the fair at your booth starting at 2:15 p.m. A blank
schedule form will be your employer packet and you can arrange interview times
when you initially speak to the students during the fair. Normally interviews
are about 20-30 minutes each. You may want to start your first interviews at
2:15 to give yourself some time to regroup, go to the restroom, get organized,

over and/or you need help finding a student.
