Parking Options:

Parking spots will be available in Soldiers & Sailors Garage, as well as reserved street parking on Bigelow Boulevard, University Place, and Fifth Avenue, all in the vicinity of the William Pitt Union. There may be some overflow spots in the O'Hara Garage. Employers will be emailed 2 parking flyers a week before the fair with parking assignments and a campus map showing locations. It might be a good idea to carpool if you have over 2 representatives attending to ensure parking. You will need to have your parking flyer to gain access into the garage or to show on your dash for street parking. PLEASE BE ADVISED: If you are traveling in without a parking flyer, parking tends to fill quickly in Soldiers & Sailors Garage, so arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.

If you prefer to drop off materials in the “turn-around” right in front of the William Pitt Union, you can enter and exit this area from Bigelow Boulevard and then proceed to park. Student volunteers will be on hand to help.

Optional Interviews after Job Fair: Employers have the option to interview students after the fair at your booth starting at 2:15 p.m. A blank schedule form will be your employer packet and you can arrange interview times when you initially speak to the students during the fair. Normally interviews are about 20-30 minutes each. You may want to start your first interviews at 2:15 to give yourself some time to regroup, go to the restroom, get organized, etc.

We have been told by FedEx and UPS that account information is needed during the call. The address you can use for pick up is: 3959 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15260, first floor/information desk. Pick up time should be before 5 p.m. Please bring your boxes to our registration table and thank you for your cooperation!

There will be seating/waiting areas set up, separated by time slots (one waiting area will be for 2 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., another for 3 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., and a third area for 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
  3.  Please go to the time slot waiting area and call out your student’s name.
