The Pittsburgh
region has a wealth of knowledgeable engineers and scientists who have made
their careers working in the mining industry.
To date, more than 40 speakers have presented technical information at
mining engineering workshops and classes at the University of Pittsburgh.

- Joseph Zelanko (Rosebud Mining) – Strata Control Engineering

- Tony Hodge (International Council for Mining and Metals) – Sustainable
