Payment Information (U.S. Dollars) 

  • Checks and Money Orders: (from U.S. Banks or a foreign bank with a U.S. branch) Please make checks payable to the UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars.  Air Mail must be used if outside the U.S. 

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Credit cards are now accepted online after completing the registration form. You may also fax your credit card information by completing this Credit Card Registration Form.

  • Electronic Bank Transfers: If you plan to pay by wire transfer, please fill out a Wire Transfer Request Form and submit it to the conference office by email (preferred), fax or mail. 

  • REFUNDS: Refunds will be honored if cancellation is received before September 30, 2014, less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 30, 2014.

One Day fees include: Technical Program, Pre-Registered attendees' list, Breaks, Conference Gatherings for the specific day attended only, one CD-ROM of the Conference Proceedings. 

Student fees include: Technical Program, Pre-Registered attendees' list, Breaks, Conference Gatherings, Receptions and Events, and one CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings.
