Payment Information (U.S. Dollars)

Checks and Money Orders: (from U.S. Banks or a foreign bank with a U.S. branch) Please make checks payable to the UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH. All fees listed are in U.S. Dollars. Air Mail must be used if outside the U.S.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Credit cards are now accepted online after completing the registration form. You may also fax your credit card information by completing this Credit Card Registration Form.
Electronic Bank Transfers: If you plan to pay by wire transfer, please fill out a Wire Transfer Request Form and submit it to the conference office by email (preferred), fax or mail.
REFUNDS: Refunds will be honored if cancellation is received before September 30, 2012, less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made after September 30, 2012.

Full Program fees include: Technical Program, Pre-Registered attendees' list, Breaks, Conference Gatherings, Receptions and Events, and one CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings.

One Day fees include: Technical Program, Pre-Registered attendees' list, Breaks, Conference Gatherings for the specific day attended only, one CD-ROM of the Conference Proceedings.

Student fees include: Technical Program, Pre-Registered attendees' list, Breaks, Conference Gatherings, Receptions and Events, and one CD-ROM of Conference Proceedings.

VISA Invitation Letters
